Socialist congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez had yet another gaffe on Twitter this weekend, revealing what she really thinks about African Americans in this country.
Late last week, Ocasio-Cortez shared a video of Democratic Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib calling President Trump a racist for propping up a black employee to prove that he isn’t a racist. Ocasio-Cortez said, “Total bravery from @RashidaTlaib as she reminds the nation that tokenism *is* racism.”

Fox contributor Charles Payne shot back at Ocasio-Cortez, asking her “How many Black people are o your staff?”

The socialist doubled down on her original statement, saying “We have Black staff. We don’t parade them around to show the world how diverse our team is, and use that as some kind of evidence of the absence of racism. That’s what tokenism is.”

Black conservatives didn’t take too kindly to Ocasio-Cortez’s statement, and were quick to call her out. Candace Owens wrote a fiery tweet at Ocasio-Cortez, calling her “absolute filth”.
I’m not even done.
A democratic congresswoman using a RACIAL SLUR to describe black conservatives is NOT OKAY.
How dare you?!!! Referring to blacks as coons, tokens, or house negroes is a RACIAL SLUR.

CJ Pearson recorded a minute long video response to Ocasio-Cortez, calling her “unapologetically racist” for suggesting that black conservatives are tokens.
.@AOC is going around calling black conservatives “tokens”.
The idea that any black person – who thinks for themselves – is a “token” is not only wrong but its unapologetically racist. pic.twitter.com/w5yQNhk3U2
