5 Reasons Why Gary Johnson Shouldn’t Be The Libertarian Party’s Presidential Nominee

REASON #2 – Donald Trump would walk all over him

Throughout this entire election process, we’ve seen Trump skyrocket in the polls and sink his competitors’ campaigns with something as simple as a nickname or an insult. There was “Little Marco,” “Lyin’ Ted,” Carly Fiorina was too ugly, and Jeb Bush was low energy. This kind of ability that Trump has, although annoying and sophomoric, makes Johnson an easy target. Just as I said before, Johnson tends to fumble his words around and can be very dull, which was made even more evident in Gary’s appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast. Unfortunately, Johnson doesn’t have the tenacity or charisma to think on his feet and combat Trump. Trump may also have great reason to stomp all over Johnson considering Johnson called Trump a “pussy”.

Wow this was a HORRIBLE “article”. The “reasons” given are all very subjective, and not factual.
(Especially the one that “he’s not LP enough”)
Is there anything on this site that isn’t “click bait”?

The majority of content now is click bait, that’s how sites get visits and click-throughs. This is far from the worst or even most typical example thereof. However, I have to agree that the opinion here is just plain old soap-boxing, without any objective support for the author’s arguments – particularly the fifth reason. Still, there is some food for thought contained in Mr. Carr’s perspective.

no one thats voting for him cares if he is libertarian or not. if you want your party represented by a true libertarian, provide one. til then your party will continue to be used to house the 3rd most likely to win candidate regardless of their views.
