Hillary Clinton Says She Won’t Run For President in 2020

The Democrats will have to search to find a new face for their party, as their 2016 presidential nominee confirmed this week that she won’t seek the nomination again in 2020.

After losing to Donald Trump in an embarrassing upset in 2016, Hillary Clinton told News 12 Westchester that she will be calling it quits.

Clinton told the New York media outlet, “I’m not running, but I’m going to keep on working and speaking and standing up for what I believe.”

However Clinton went on to say, “I’m not going anywhere. What’s at stake in our country, the kind of things that are happening right now are deeply troubling to me. And I’m also thinking hard about how do we start talking and listening to each other again? We’ve just gotten so polarized. We’ve gotten into really opposing camps unlike anything I’ve ever seen in my adult life.”
