Gun rights activists in New Hampshire struck a huge victory today, as the New Hampshire House passed permitless carry by a vote of 200 to 97.
According to the NRA, “If signed by the governor, this bill will allow law-abiding gun owners to carry their firearm concealed.”
Despite being dubbed the Free State, New Hampshire is the only state in northern New England that does not yet allow Constitutional carry.
SB 12 will now be passed onto Governor Chris Sununu’s desk, which he is expected to sign.
