Trump Says US Shouldn’t Be Policemen of the Middle East

After years of combating ISIS terrorists in Syria, Donald Trump decided yesterday that our mission is complete and ISIS has been decimated.

Channeling his inner Ron Paul, the President of the United States proudly proclaimed on Wednesday, “We have defeated ISIS in Syria, my only reason for being there during the Trump Presidency.”

Keeping another campaign promise, Trump helped end his second war in 2018 alone. Earlier in the year, Trump’s diplomacy with Kim Jong Un saw the end of a decades long conflict in the Koreas.

Trump defended his decision on Twitter this morning, and asked the American people if our country really needs to be the policeman of the Middle East. In one tweet, Trump quoted the libertarian Rand Paul.

17 years after the September 11th attacks, one can only hope Trump will soon withdraw troops from Afghanistan and Iraq for the same reason.
