RELIGION OF PEACE STRIKES IN NYC: Attempts to Blow Up Times Square

The religion of peace is at it again. This time in the Big Apple.

According to CBS New York,

“A man detonated an improvised explosive device in an underground passageway at a major commuter hub in New York City Monday morning, officials said. New York Police Commissioner James O’Neill identified the suspect as Akayed Ullah, 27, who sustained injuries from the blast and was in police custody.”

The explosion occurred at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Times Square, which is packed with thousands of commuters each morning. Three were injured from the blast, including the suspect. According to CBS, Ullah had a second explosive device as well.

Business Insider has reported that the suspect was “taken to a hospital for treatment for his injuries.”

The explosion is being ruled as a terrorist attack.
