Last Monday, Fox News shocked the world when they temporarily suspended Judge Andrew Napolitano from the network after alleging that President Obama used a British intelligence agency to wiretap Donald Trump during the 2016 election.
The libertarian judge claimed that he received his information from intelligence analysts that spoke with Fox News, but the network denied this.
The Associated Press is now reporting that Napolitano has been reinstated at Fox, and appeared on the air earlier this morning.
Napolitano still stands by his story, telling Fox’s Bill Hemmer:
“The American public needs to know more about this rather than less because a lot of the government surveillance authorities will expire in the fall and there’ll be a great debate about how much authority we want the government to have to surveil us. And the more the American public knows about this, the more informed their and Congress’ decisions will be.”
